Can you help me with my website hosted on a platform other than WIX?
Support services are exclusively available for websites hosted on the WIX platform. I do not provide assistance for websites hosted on other platforms.
What happens if I need more support hours than what is included in my plan?
If you require additional support hours beyond what is included in your plan, you have the option to purchase additional ala carte hours.
If I don't use all of my time each month, can it carryover to the next month?
The allocation of time is reset each month, and any unused time from the previous month does not carry forward. It is important to utilize your allotted time within the designated month to make the most of it.
Can I cancel my support plan at any time?

What is the turnaround time for website updates?

Can I submit my revision requests via phone?
All revision requests must be submitted in writing.
