Can I make changes to my site ongoing?
Yes! Once the template has been transferred, you can make any changes you would like (it will be accessible under your own WIX account). However, if you prefer that we make the changes for you, then hoorah!! Please choose the customization option when placing your order.
Can you help me by adding my content and photos into the template?
If you require support in any way (ie, content/photo population into the template, adjustments to page names, changes to the template framework, adjustments to colors/fonts, SEO, mobile optimization, etc.), a maintenance plan is available at checkout.
Do I get to use the logo shown on the template?
Yes! but please note - professional logo files (ie, AI, JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.) will not be provided. Please inquire about custom logo design.
Am I allowed to use the stock photos on the templates?
Yes! The stock photos used on these templates are either from the WIX library or Unsplash (unsplash.com). Both are free and have no licensing requirements.
Can I download or export the template after I purchase it?
No. It is not possible to export files, pages or sites, created using the WIX Editor to another external destination or host. All WIX sites must be hosted on WIX's servers. It is also not possible to embed your WIX site onto an external site.
What do you mean I need a hosting plan before I can connect my domain?
All templates offered on Bella & Bloom are hosted on WIX's servers (wix.com). If you would like to connect your own domain to your WIX site, you need to upgrade your site to a premium hosting plan (paid directly to WIX) and purchase your own domain (if you haven't done so already).
