Spiked Watermelon Mint Limeade Recipe⁠

🍉Mint Simple Syrup⁠

1 cup water⁠

1 cup sugar⁠

1 sprig fresh mint ⁠

In saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat, add mint and let sit till cool.⁠

🍉Watermelon Juice⁠

2 cups watermelon⁠

Use blender to juice, then strain.⁠

⁠

🍉Spiked Watermelon Limeade⁠

2 cups watermelon juice ⁠

1 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed⁠

¾ cup mint simple syrup⁠

½ - ¾ cup vodka⁠

⁠

In a pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, freshly squeezed lime juice and mint. Sweeten with simple syrup to liking and then add vodka.⁠

Stir until combined, then chill.⁠

Serve cold (or over ice) with slice of lime, and enjoy!⁠
