Included:
- Web maintenance on your existing WIX website, up to 10 hours.
- Fast response time (actual response time is determined by the complexity of your request although a turnaround time of 24 hours or less is common).
Not Included (aka, "Billable"):
- Conference calls of any kind while in production (unless requested by designer).
- Research and troubleshooting.
- Custom instructions and/or directions.
- One-on-one client training.
Unused Time:
Unused time will expire after a period of one year. The purchased time has a limited validity, and if it remains unused beyond the specified timeframe, it will no longer be available for you to use. It is important to keep track of the expiration date which is one year from the date of purchase and ensure that you make the most of the purchased time before it expires.
